My 1st proposal: dStaking NAX in go.nebulas, and let NAX as a reward option

Increase the diversity proof of POD. More contributors can get NAX directly through go.nebulas and participate in the POD consensus.

Potential impact:
The current total circulation is about 60 million, the pledge rate is about 45%, the current go platform fund pool NAS is about 4 million, and the pledge rate is expected to increase to nearly 52%

关于我的第一个提案：让go.nebulas平台NAS参与dStaking，并让NAX作为奖励选项

目标：
增加关于POD的多样性“贡献度证明”，更多的贡献者可以直接通过go.nebulas获得NAX并参与到POD的共识中来。

潜在的影响：
当前总体流通量约为六千万，质押率约为45%，当前go平台基金池NAS约为四百万，质押率预期提升为接近52%

同意有更多的渠道可以获得 NAX，目前获得 NAX 的主要方式是 dStaking 和交易所购买（只在gateio, MXC上线）。
在Go Nebulas（简称：GN）做任务的同学可以选择是NAS 或 NAX 作为支付手段。
提交提案需要消耗 NAX，提案如果通过可以奖励 NAX，激励更多优质高水平的提案产生。

未来甚至考虑打造一款APP，集成GN，即时通讯，星云数字钱包，将 NAS/NAX 的持币用户和生态逐渐建立起来。

Go.Nebulas基金里确实没有NAX，如果为Go.Nebulas生态打开出入口，NAX显然是有需求的。基金会持有的非购入NAX可以与其一起公示，或者把基金会剩余NAS一起dStaking，只要适当频率的注入生态基金，生态总会发展起来的。NAS与NAX各个基金的显示面板是否集中统一下，集成在一个界面容易新加入的伙伴看到。

How do you see these users participating in PoD consensus?

satoshibytes NAX in go.nebulas pool will be equally as NAS in the pool. So contributor could choose NAX as project reward. I see it is more likely that contributors may put these NAX into node.nebulas platform. Regarding to the incentives to those who submit detailed and well formatted proposals, that will be another topic for discussion.
