The Parameters and Functions for DIP and NR
This proposal includes all parameters and functions for Developer Incentive Protocol (DIP) and Nebulas Rank (NR). Although the Yellow Paper - NR and the Mauve Paper - DIP described the algorithm and properties of NR and DIP, concrete functions and parameters are left blank. This proposal will improve the parameters and functions for DIP and NR.
